Bayanan Centroid shine fayil ɗin inji a cikin tsarin rubutu na ASCII wanda ya ƙunshi mai ƙira, X, Y, juyawa, saman ko gefen allo.Wannan bayanan yana ba injiniyoyinmu damar ci gaba tare da haɗaɗɗun dutsen saman a daidai.
Don sanya sassan da aka ɗora saman akan PCBs ta hanyar kayan aiki mai sarrafa kansa, dole ne a ƙirƙiri fayil ɗin Centroid don tsara kayan aikin.Fayil na Centroid ya ƙunshi duk sigogin matsayi kamar yadda injin ya san inda za'a sanya sashi kuma a cikin wane tsari akan PCB.
Fayil na Centroid ya ƙunshi bayanai masu zuwa:
1. Reference Designator (RefDes).
2. Layer.
3. X wurin.
4. Y wurin.
5. Hanyar Juyawa.
RefDes
RefDes yana nufin mai tsara tunani.Zai dace da lissafin kayan ku da alamar PCB.
Layer
Layer yana nufin gefen sama ko baya na PCB ko gefen da aka sanya abubuwan.Masu ƙirƙira na PCB da masu haɗawa sukan kira sama da jujjuya ɓangarorin bangaren bangaren da siyar, bi da bi.
Wuri
Wuri: Wuraren X da Y suna nufin ƙimar da ke nuna a kwance da wuri na ɓangaren PCB dangane da asalin hukumar.
Ana auna wurin daga asalin zuwa tsakiyar sashin.
An ayyana asalin hukumar a matsayin ƙimar (0, 0) kuma tana can ƙasan kusurwar hagu na allon daga saman ma'ana.
Ko da gefen allon allon yana amfani da ƙananan kusurwar hagu a matsayin ma'anar ma'anar asali.
Ana auna ƙimar wurin X da Y zuwa dubu goma na inci (0.000).
Juyawa
Juyawa shine alkiblar jujjuyawar juzu'in jeri na bangaren PCB wanda aka yi ishara da shi daga saman ra'ayi.
Juyawa shine darajar digiri 0 zuwa 360 daga asalin.Dukansu na sama da na gefe na ajiya suna amfani da babban ma'ana a matsayin ma'anar su.

Eagle Software
1. Gudun mountsmd.ulp don ƙirƙirar fayil ɗin Centroid.
Kuna iya duba fayil ɗin ta zuwa menu.Zaɓi Fayil kuma sannan gudanar da ULP daga jerin zaɓuka.Software ɗin zai ƙirƙiri da sauri .mnt (mount top) da .mnb (mount reverse).
Wannan fayil yana kula da wurin abubuwan da aka gyara da kuma daidaitawar asalin PCB.Fayil ɗin yana cikin tsarin txt.
Altium Software
Ana amfani da wannan software don ƙirƙirar fitarwa da wuri da za a yi amfani da su a cikin tsarin taro.
Akwai zaɓuɓɓuka guda biyu don ƙirƙirar fitarwa:
1. Ƙirƙiri fayil ɗin Kanfigareshan Ayyuka (*.outjob).Wannan zai haifar da ingantaccen janareta na fitarwa.
2. Daga menu zaɓi Fayil.Sa'an nan daga jerin zaɓuka, danna kan Matsalolin Majalisar sannan kuma Yana Samar da Fayilolin Zaɓi da Sanya.
Bayan danna, Ok, zaku ga abubuwan da aka fitar a cikin akwatin maganganu na Pick and Place Setup.
Lura: Fitowar da Fayil ɗin Haɗin Ayyukan Ayyukan Fitarwa ya bambanta da abin da aka ƙirƙira ta akwatin maganganu na Pick and Place Setup.Ana adana saitunan a cikin fayil ɗin daidaitawa lokacin amfani da zaɓin fayil ɗin Kanfigareshan Ayyukan Aiki.Koyaya, lokacin amfani da maganganu na Saitin Zaɓi da Wuri, ana adana saitunan a cikin fayil ɗin aikin.
ORCAD/ALLEGRO Software
